Those unwell and in need of rest may take a break and relax in this room. This room was a retreat for the girl students. It is in a convenient location with maximum privacy for the girls. The rooms are facilitated with the basic needs of furniture, cot, fan and a first aid kit box. Purified drinking water is also provided. 

 Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Arts College has installed a state of art “Ladies Retiring Room” funded by RUSA during the academic year 2017-18. The following facilities are made available for the lady staff and students who get benefitted by this exclusive facility. The retiring room consists of a first aid box, fridge, cot with mattress, induction stove, casseroles and napkin vending machine which can be put to judicious use as and when appropriately. An Air Conditioner or an air-cooler will be installed in due course. The retiring room instills a sense of comfort and assurance to the lady faculties and especially to the students who travel a long and tedious journey and often face unprecedented health issues.
